What is your Shipping Policy?
Items are usually shipped within 24-48 hours. Some larger items may require additional packaging time to ensure safe travel. You can select either Fedex Ground or USPS in checkout. Note: Fedex does not ship to P.O. Boxes.  Tracking: Tracking info is automatically sent via email when items are shipped. Please be aware that only Fedex Ground and USPS Express have real-time tracking. Other USPS services have a delivery confirmation/ID number. International: We are now offering International Shipping. Not all items are available for International shipping. If you are not sure if the item of interest is available to ship to your country, please contact us prior to purchasing. Note: Buyer is responsible for all Duty Fees, Customs Fees, and/or Taxes that your country may charge you upon receipt of your item. Most Countries do charge some type of fee to the buyer when they bring in merchandise through customs. We are NOT responsible for these charges, It is the buyers sole responsibility. Please contact your local postmaster/authorities for more information on such fees. Items will be shipped at the actual value paid. We cannot alter values of shipments for any reason when shipping internationally, it is against the law. Note: All electronics with included power supplies, have 110v-120v power supplies. If you are purchasing for overseas use, you may need a power converter. These are very inexpensive items that will convert the voltage for you to use in your country. Note: Any items listed with any type of "Free Shipping" promotion are available to continental USA only (Lower 48 States), unless otherwise stated in the description.

What is your Return Policy?
The Pro Audio Guys want you to be satisfied! If a problem arises, the best thing to do is contact us immediately! Having Trouble? Contact us at: support@theproaudioguys.com We stand behind what we sell. We have a 30-Day return/exchange policy for new items: If the item has arrived DOA or is defective, we will arrange to have your item replaced. If the item does not satisfy, contact us and let us know if we can help. If return is necessary, we can refund for the price paid minus shipping costs, and processing fees. You must contact us first in order to do a return. Returned items must be in original packaging complete with all accessories in "Like New" condition. Missing or damaged packaging/accessories may result in larger restock fees of up to 25%, and/or refusal of return. Items damaged by customer cannot be returned. Due to copyright laws, Software cannot be returned. Due to health standards, some items that go in mouth or ears, etc., may not be elgible for return.
